Three accounts run end to end: brand execution, launch marketing, and program design.
A downtown performing arts campus with eight food and beverage outlets under one roof, serving resident companies and a full season of productions.
Onboarded as a new client in under 78 days: collateral and marketing channels for all eight outlets taken over and redesigned inside a single quarter, built directly with the chefs, operators, and client marketing teams rather than handed back to them at the end.
Web and OpenTable onboarding and training for the campus restaurants, including Kendall’s Brasserie, Abernethy’s, and Veneto Lucio. Set-up restaurant web account and listings, staff training, the SOP documents the teams still work from, and the Toast-to-OpenTable integration that keeps the floor and the book in sync.
The part of the account that isn’t a deliverable: standing up Plaza Grill from construction through opening, writing the internal marketing newsletter that client and resident company marketing teams push out through their own channels — with follow-up the month after — and developing the brand the eight outlets work from.
Printed collateral across the campus outlets — the Abernethy’s Emerging Chefs program, Veneto Lucio, Plaza Grill, the Concert Hall Café intermission bar, and the Wine & Dine wayfinding system.
The signage system as it actually stands: the Wine & Dine wayfinding in the garage escalator lobbies, the Emerging Chefs artwork on the ticket kiosk, and the intermission bars. Designed to route a guest who has twenty minutes and has never been here before.
A drink for every production, on sale only while that show runs. Twenty-two launches in a season, $135K+ in beverage revenue above the standing menu, across eight outlets.
Each drink starts with the show, and the spec gets built at the bar: what the well already carries, what a bartender can turn out in a fifteen-minute intermission. Name, story, and garnish are designed in the same pass as the recipe.
Every launch ships as a kit — menu insert, table card, screen art, social, staff talking points. The artwork changes, the template does not. That is what let twenty-two launches run through eight outlets in a season.

Campaign work across the property calendar — the New Year’s Eve countdown, the Asia’s 50 Best Bars moment, and the Lunar New Year set-menu program, alongside the “Artist+” collaboration launch.
Adobe-to-CAD training for the in-house design team enabled the three-dimensional work that followed.
An upscale farm-to-table dining program in La Cañada Flintridge. Scoping and design of the digital and physical launch collateral, covering both in-house operations and external marketing.
The restaurant’s web and OpenTable accounts were set up end to end — onboarding, staff training, SOP documents, and the Toast-to-OpenTable connection behind the door.
Running the restaurant’s social and digital channels: shooting the room and the plates, writing the posts, and keeping the feed on the same voice as the printed collateral.
The menu suite designed for opening — the main card, a two-sided kids’ placemat that doubles as the activity sheet, and the bilingual card for the Japanese Garden Table Dinner.
Marketing operations on site at one of the most recognizable outdoor venues in the country: auditing existing assets, documenting live operational gaps, and prioritizing the fixes worth making before the next show.
The pavilion’s web and OpenTable setup ran through the same account — onboarding, training, SOP documentation, and the Toast-to-OpenTable integration.
Food and wine service pieces for the pavilion, rebuilt to brand standard after the on-site audit.

Packaging, illustration, and publishing for a children’s art brand — a single account, run end to end.
Packaging design for the art kits: structure, artwork, and the copy on the box, drawn as a range instead of one product at a time so a new kit could join the shelf without redrawing the system.
Retail display stands were modeled and rendered for buyer meetings — a finished floor unit to point at before anyone paid for fabrication.
A monthly newsletter kept the brand in front of customers between launches. Around it sat a library of supporting graphics for the kids’ art supplies: activity sheets, in-pack inserts, and illustration that held the range together across packaging, retail, and email. Published work passed 105,000 cumulative views.
